About Olivia
Hello, welcome to Synchronicities Coaching! My name is Olivia Lanteigne and I am the owner of Synchronicities Coaching. I specialize in subjects such as childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, food insecurity, housing insecurity, grief, loss, and transitions. I'm most passionate about working with men who have experienced CPTSD, PTSD, or are experiencing PTSI. I'm passionate about working with first responders, ex gang members, addicts, veterans, and ex-incarcerated individuals.
I have been on my own healing journey since 2016, and I understand how healing your pain and trauma, is not only an emotional life-long journey but also a very physical and spiritual life-long journey. It was my own healing journey that inspired me to open Synchronicities Coaching.
My top priority is to create a safe, supportive, and accepting environment. I believe acceptance, gentleness, slowing down, and patience are the keys to healing and reconnection.
Some added info about me:
I have been practicing energy healing since I was 5. In 2018, when I was 17, I took my first Healing Touch workshop (a form of energy healing). In 2022, when I was 21, I took the second level of Healing Touch.
I have been a medium, channeler, akashic records reader, and animal/plant communicator my whole life.
I have been practicing tarot since 2019.
I have been practicing sound healing since 2018.
I have been on the twin flame journey since 2008 and consciously on it since 2020.
To humans, any form of disobedience is seen as disrespect. Having needs, boundaries, expressing yourself freely, being honest, being authentic, and having a standard for how you should be treated is seen as being disobedient. Being disobedient takes a lot of courage and strength to go against the grain of society and it isn’t an easy task. In a society full of pain, violence, illusion, and greed all you need to do to be disobedient and make a change is to be gentle, respectful, loving, and compassionate. To heal you need to be disobedient against society and your fears. Being disobedient is being free. To be a genuine leader you need to be disobedient, rebel, go against the grain, and be unique. If you’re making other people uncomfortable for being yourself (being loving and authentic), that’s how you know you’re doing it right.
The healing journey is the most rewarding journey you can take, I would love to accompany you on yours.
